How Can Mice Enter Your Office?
Because a mouse is a flexible animal, it can squeeze through various cracks and gaps in your building to gain access. In fact, it can enter a gap as small as one-quarter of an inch. There are two main ways that mice can enter your office:- Food Pallets: Mice often use food pallets to enter buildings, which is especially true if your office is connected to a warehouse. Not only can they snack on the food, but they can also catch a ride on the pallet and travel to other areas, leading to a bigger infestation.
- Mouse Highways: One of the main ways that mice enter office buildings is by travelling through connections such as cables and water pipes. Because of their agility, they can quickly and easily move between different buildings to find food, water and shelter. Other common mouse highways include wall partitions, lift shafts and cable risers.
